you can use (and advice your visitors to use) Ad Block Plus with Fire Fox. it's a cool add one that hide any kind of ad you want.

Yes there is, but MySpace will detect it and delete your profile. It is agianst MySpace TOS.
It's your choice if you want to take that risk.
