try out myspace tweaks...it give you the option to hide certain items on your profile...i have it on mine, my friends are hidden and so are my people i want to meet...

To hide the other boxes, simply have nothing in them, even codes.
But if your looking to get technical, check out
www.createblog.com and click on scripts. It's got pages upon pages of myspace codes. It's like the best one out there.
