there is a way but it will only work when people using the same monitor resolution as you are comes to your page. if someone is using a different resolution then it won't cover up wht you want it to. it will cover up something you don't want it to because it will display on a different part of the page
if you don't know html and css then you won't be able to adjust it on your screen or be able to change the background color.
it's best to forget it

There is no real way to this. Unless you are good with computers. Search the web for any good codes that block people from seeing it.
